In case you missed it, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has reaffirmed just how desperate he is to get rid of President Trump. On Labor Day, Schumer – Senator Claire McCaskill’s party boss – was asked when Democrats would impeach President Trump, and in response Schumer said “the sooner the better,” and “The Democrats are on your side.”
A reminder this is the same party leader McCaskill answers to every single day, on every vote that matters: tax cuts, Justice Gorsuch, burdensome federal regulations, you name it. She’s voted with Schumer more than 2,800 times during her 12 years in the Senate. So does she, too, support impeaching President Trump?
It’s a question she absolutely needs to answer.
